"5 stars are not enough for my agent Jill. She has been very patient to me and my wife. We are new immigrants here in the US and basically does not really know much about car insurances. Our first car insurance company agent wasn't really helpful and gave us no explanation on the increase in our premium every 6 months. At first we were adamant to switch because of a lot of uncertainties with paper works and etc... But the more we spoke to Jill, the more we developed trust and confidence that we are on the right path. Now we are saving a lot already (regrets why we decided late). Highly recommended.
